About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Project Manager to oversee and coordinate multiple projects focused on training job seekers and placing them into income-generating opportunities. This role involves working closely with funders, stakeholders, and internal teams to ensure each project's Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) are understood and achieved. The ideal candidate will have excellent project management skills, a strong understanding of training and employment programs, and the ability to manage diverse client requirements.
Requirements
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Project Management, Business Administration, Education, or a related field. Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is a plus.
Experience: At least 5 years of experience in project management, preferably in the education, training, or workforce development sectors.
Skills
Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with diverse stakeholders.
Proven ability to understand and achieve KPIs in a project setting.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Proficiency in project management software and tools.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
