About the Role
We are seeking a Senior Learning Designer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in designing and developing our learning methodology, creating effective assessments, and shaping career pathways for job seekers and employees. This role involves research, instructional design, the development of job simulations, training material creation, and the facilitation of learning resources.
Requirements
Education: Bachelor’s or master’s degree in education, Instructional Design, Learning Sciences, or significant experience in related field.
Experience: At least 5 years of experience in instructional design, curriculum development, or a related role. Experience in designing job simulations and/or assessments is a plus.
Skills
Strong understanding of adult learning principles and instructional design methodologies.
Proficiency in e-learning authoring tools (e.g., Articulate, Captivate) and Learning Management Systems (LMS) is a plus
Proficiency in AI tools such as Perplexity, ChatGPT, Claude and other tools such as Notion, Canva, Figma, Pitch. This is preferred.
Excellent research, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
Strong project management skills with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and lead a team.
Familiarity with the latest trends and technologies in learning and development.
